Rooted in trauma-informed and culturally aware practices. Our mission at Purpose Driven Counseling, is to help individuals heal from past traumas, strengthen relationships, set healthy boundaries, and build coping skills—guiding them toward a more purposeful, balanced, and fulfilling life.
Founded by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained at Fordham University, the practice draws from extensive experience working with juveniles in detention centers and adults in mental health facilities navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. With expertise in individual, group, and family therapy, Purpose Driven Counseling blends evidence-based approaches with warm, client-centered care to support meaningful personal, social, and professional growth.
